This covers the overbid.in waitlist. A fuller policy will come with the live board.

What we collect

Your email and website, plus your brand name, category and answer about bidding on launch day if you choose to give them. We don't store your IP address and we don't use cookies. We count page visits as one number per day, with nothing that identifies you. If you join through another brand's invite link, we note which brand invited you, so they can move up the launch-day line.

Why

To tell you when the board opens, to invite waitlist brands first, and to decide on launch pricing. By joining the waitlist you agree to that use.

Who sees it

Only the overbid.in team. We don't sell or share your details.

Deleting your details

Email hello@overbid.in from the address you signed up with and we'll delete your entry. This is also the contact for any request under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
